Unless the quality of image is optimized for the application, no system can provide high quality inspection. We offer a wide range of systems designed to handle the variety of application needs that our clients bring to us.
We utilize image intensifying technology which offers the direct display of the X-ray image and the reduction in image acquisition time. The image is instantly displayed on the video monitor, enabling your staff (or our trained technicians) to view your product as it runs through the system. This is where defects are identified, removed, and sent back to the client. These systems are available in a variety of configurations designed to meet the various product and system requirements of our clients.
We also offer automated x-ray inspection systems which digitally analyze the image of a product and can detect contaminants or defects, along with metal detection units.
These systems can be utilized in our facility or shipped to your location for easy application processing.
